Membership Details
- Children (ages 5-18) - $65/month for the first child with one adult membership ($50 for each subsequent child membership).
- Adults (ages 19-60) - $129/month
- Adults (ages 61-100+) - $149/month
- Home Visit Appointment - Available by request with at least 5 business days’ notice; $89/home visit, though rates vary depending on distance from the clinic.
